Reaching Out To The Children Of The World

There are millions of them. Children that are homeless, hungry, and that are in need of medical attention. From the streets of communities right here in America to the nations of the world. They are there, in need and hurting. Some might say, it's not our problem. Some might say, we could never make a difference. Yet there they are, by the millions.

I have been involved in ministry for over 14 years now and I've come to know and love many ministries around the world. However of all of them, there is one that has always touched my heart. Feed The Children. If you've never heard of Feed The Children or seen their web site, you should. Just visit feedthechildren.org

Senior Citizens & Rest Homes

Many years ago my aunt, myself and a few others would weekly go and share time with the Senior Citizens at a local rest home. Each week when we arrived they were all egar to see us. We'd all gather in a large room, set up our sound system, have worship and share God's love with them. Then afterwords we'd all spend time praying with them and talking about everyday life situations. It was a very enjoyable season in my life and I loved spending time with all the Senior Citizens at the rest home. My Aunt visited them weekly for almost two years, as that was her ministry.

There are blessings in serving others and spending time with them.

Look, See & Make A Difference

Just imagine all the situations and circumstances where you can be a blessing to others. Maybe that fatherless child down the street, or that single mother. How about that senior citizen that lives on your block who's family and relatives live out of state. Oh my, just count all the places in life and in your community where you can be a blessing.

Just look, see, and do something!

Blessings are found in blessing others.

Look, See And Do Something

Our world is filled with people in need. Even the very city or community that you live in is filled with hurting people. Sometimes it's the fatherless child down the street, or a single mother that is struggling. Other times it is some one's mother or father, our senior citizens. Other times it's a widow, or a troubled lost teenager. Regardless of the age, situation of circumstance, there are many hurting people within our communities.

There is a saying that I dealy love. "Look, See & Do Something."
Blessings come through reaching out to those in need.
