In such cases when angers are present, uncontrollable angers, bitterness, and words that are the fruit of such. What is in the heart? In the heart filled with peace, grace, mercy, compassion, love and the fruits of the Spirit. Is the heart overflowing with the love of Christ?

Our world is filled with people in need. Even the very city or community that you live in is filled with hurting people. Sometimes it's the fatherless child down the street, or a single mother that is struggling. Other times it is some one's mother or father, our senior citizens. Other times it's a widow, or a troubled lost teenager. Regardless of the age, situation of circumstance, there are many hurting people within our communities.
